Roast turkey with friends & family

First of all we should purcahse in market for the fresh turkey. How many people joining the dining table decided what weight we should buy, for example turkey that weight 2-4kg could be for 4-8 guests, 4-6kg for 8-12 guests, 6-8kg for 12-14 guests.

Remember to frozen, defrost in a refrigerator for a minimum of 40 - 70 hours based on the weight of the turkey I have mentioned.  And it total required 80°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4. Cook for 20 minutes per kg + 70 mins ( 4-8 guests ) or 90 mins ( 8-14 guests ). Just in case you are too busy at the party you will need to know the time in advance.
