All the details that you can't left behind of Virgil Abloh's collection for Louis Vuitton Men FW 2019-20 from the backstage.

The Louis Vuitton Men show, or what is the same, the most important event of the fashion week in Paris took place yesterday in the Tuileries Garden.

Virgil Abloh is responsible for the strongest marketing of recent times. It was enough with a "simple" invitation to get a tide of white gloves adorned with Swarovski crystals swarming through Paris and turn this simple accessory into the viral garment of the week.

Michael Jackson has been Abloh's inspiration for this collection of Louis Vuitton Men. The idol of the masses, which has crossed borders and conquered the hearts of the entire planet. His culture, his art and his own wardrobe is present in this collection that is full of details. "I take Michael Jackson as inspiration, I do not want to make the disguise, but take it as a backdrop, make a point about humanity in his vision. The most important question for me here is why are we making clothes? This is men's clothing, but what do men do? That is much deeper. " Virgil Abloh affirmed about his collection for Louis Vuitton Men FW 2019.

The theme of womanhood, and more specifically, motherhood is something she explores in two very different films released two years apart: I am Love and We Need to Talk about Kevin. How mothers related to their children—more specifically, their sons—is a dynamic that has been explored since antiquity. From the ancient Greek tale of Oedipus, this primal relationship has been studied and dissected by every culture in every medium, from classic literature to modern day cinema. In both of these roles, Swinton highlights the struggles, pressures and limitations that motherhood can represent.

She is a movie, she is an art, she speaks fashion, she talks about life. She is one of a kind - the Tilda Swinton.
