One of the novelties of the agitated gastro map of Madrid in the last year has been the change of headquarters of the restaurant El Sainete, a proposal that unites the kitchen of chef Fran Vicente with the pairing of craft beer and which we already realized here about his previous headquarters in La Latina. El Sainete Restaurant leaves La Latina to take one of the most desirable places in Ponzano, the one occupied by La Password.
