Levi's Engineered Jeans

The cowboy of the 2000 returns to mark tendency in 2019: Levi's Engineered Jeans presents his new collection in Pitti Uomo 95.

It was the year 2000, and Levi's knew how to change the image of the brand with the launch of a new line of jeans. We are talking about Levi's Engineered Jeans. A line that with the slogan "twisted to fit" presented, not only a new concept of pattern where the side seam of the pants was turned around the leg to adjust better, but also gave a return to the image of Levi's to adjust to the new generations. A sample is the spot you can see in this post. At that time the brand began to be linked to the techno music of the time coming to edit their own mixtapes, or sponsoring festivals such as Sónar.

Now, almost 20 years later, the Levi's Engineered Jeans line is reborn for the spring of 2019. The new collection has just been presented at the Pitti Uomo men's fashion fair. The new proposal is made of elastic denim in four directions while retaining the traditional twisted and ergonomic side seams of the original collection.

"Engineered is the inspiration of these two releases. We have taken the original concept of Levi's® Engineered Jeans and experimented with 3D knitting to create the jeans of the future, "said Jonathan Cheung, Senior Vice President of Global Design at Levi's.

Another novelty is that in 2019, Levi's® Engineered Jeans adapts to the most current fits of the brand, such as the 502 ™ Regular Taper and 512 ™ Slim Taper for men. You know, get ready to turn your life around, and your jeans.
